Coffee with the President & Suggestion Box: Your Voice Matters
A quick reminder that Coffee with the President is held every Tuesday & Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. in the Café.
We have installed a Suggestion Box in the Members Pavilion. This is a completely anonymous way for you to share your thoughts, and it will remain a permanent resource as long as it is used constructively.
RKPTC on Tour: Singapore & Bangkok 2027
We’ve had fantastic feedback on our travel aspirations and we are thrilled to announce that we are combining our Singapore and Bangkok trips into one epic Asian tour! By merging these destinations, we’re offering maximum flexibility for the "long" or "short" version of the trip.
The Itinerary:
Sunday 21 Feb: Depart Perth for Singapore.
Mon 22 – Wed 24 Feb: Tennis and social activities at the Singapore Cricket Club, the Tanglin Club, and 67 Pall Mall.
Thursday 25 Feb: Travel to Bangkok.
Fri 26 – Sun 28 Feb: Tennis and golf as guests of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club.
Monday 1 March: Travel back to Perth.
The Fine Print: This is a self-funded, unofficial trip. RKPTC will not be providing financial support. Participation is strictly contingent upon accepting a legal disclaimer and waiver, as international travel and sports in subtropical climates carry inherent risks. Gear Up: A New Look is Dropping
Our digital "pro-shop" is currently under construction! We are rebuilding the merchandise section of our website to launch a streamlined shop prior to Opening Day, featuring high-quality shirts and hats in adult and junior sizes.

Game, Set, Setsy! New Weekend Social Format
We are officially moving Saturday and Sunday social tennis coordination to Setsy.io, in collaboration with Chris Nicholls. Larisa has used this with great success on Wednesdays, and it’s a brilliant way to ensure balanced, fun matches.
The Rating System (1–5):
Beginner (UTR 0-1)
Moderate (UTR 2–3) — All current Committee members are required to play at this level!
Intermediate (UTR 4–5)
High (UTR 6–8)
Advanced (UTR 8+)
The Rules of Play:
Gender: Determined by attire—if you show up in a skirt, you’re in the "Female" bracket for the draw.
Format: We will offer four types of sets: Same Gender/Same Level, Same Gender/Mixed Level, Mixed Gender/Same Level, and Mixed Gender/Mixed Level.
How to Join: Write your name on the sign-in sheet, circle how many sets you want to play, and self-rate (1-5). If you leave it blank, Chris Nicholls will decide your rating for you! Please be patient as we master the new software.
