Food & Beverage
Water is provided for free throughout the facilities. Please make NextGen aware of any and all food allergies.
RKPTC's Members Pavilion is operated by NextGen. NextGen is responsible for the food and safety procedures therein. Per Section 5.3 of NextGen's Club Rules, "Food and beverage consumed within the Club is to be purchased from the Club only (excluding baby food and special dietary requirements). Food and beverage is to be consumed only within designated areas of the Club."
RKPTC has interpreted these rules to mean that special dietary requirement may include unopened, pre-packaged foods with clearly marked expiration date that is not past due that also lists all appropriate allergy restrictions to make it a special dietary requirement. Members bring in special dietary requirements at their own risk and this statement has not been endorsed by NextGen.
Warm Weather Policy
RKPTC has adopted the recommended Tennis Australia guidelines, that suspends play when the temp reaches 38ºC on the BOM website for Perth. This applies to both hard court play and grass. NextGen has also adopted this guideline.
