Media and Photography Policy

By attending a Royal King’s Park Tennis Club (RKPTC) event,  you acknowledge that you may be involved in any filming of, and publicity connected with, the event, including on-court video recording, media interviews, photographs, TV footage, and live streaming. You grant and assign to RKPTC and its partners the right in perpetuity throughout the world to make, use, show and reproduce moving pictures, still pictures and live, taped or filmed television, sound recordings and any other reproductions of any description of you during or in connection with the event. You agree that your name, voice, likeness, image and biographical material may also be used and reproduced in any way for the purpose of providing information and news in relation to the event, audio visual coverage, distribution and broadcast of the event, archival purposes, and publicising, promoting and advertising RKPTC and the event. You acknowledge and agree that this usage, including for commercial purposes, is without compensation or notice to you, heirs, executors, administrators or assigns.

Children and young people must only be photographed by RKPTC official designees:

  1. while involved in tennis-related services, programs or events; and

  2. only if:

    • the child’s parent/guardian has granted prior and specific approval;

    • the context is directly related to participation in our tennis services, programs or events

    • the child consents and is appropriately dressed and posed; and

    • where possible, the image is taken in the presence of other RKPTC official designees.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above does not prohibit parents from taking photos or videos solely of their own child.
